Clubhouse Great Room
The Harper Clubhouse Great Room is scheduled regularly for monthly Community Board Meetings and other functions. Member Residents may schedule Event Rentals on a first-come first-serve basis. Please check with the Front Desk for any questions regarding availability and pricing.

Clubhouse Pool
The Clubhouse Pool is open Daily, from 11:00am to 8:00pm. Resident Members are allowed up to (4) guests per visit. Lifeguard staff will close pool at discretion for inclement weather. If any questions, please see the Front Desk. Management will make every attempt to keep you posted. Check the website for updates!

Community Common Area
The LVG Community has many Common Area perks, such as secluded walking or jogging paths and Pocket Parks to mention a few. These areas are maintained and landscaped to be enjoyed by Residents on a daily basis.

The LVG Community has designated Play Areas, or Tot Lots, that are available for Residents looking for an area for younger children to play!

Conference Room
The Conference Room is available to Member Residents and provides a quiet, office-type environment for impromptu meetings, studying, or surfing the internet. Availability is based on a first-come first-serve basis. Please inquire at the Front Desk with any questions on availability.

Exercise Facilities
The Gym is located at the Harper Clubhouse. Normal hours are 9:00am-9:00pm M-F and 11:00am-9:00pm Sat/Sun. Early morning Fob Access is available for the hours, 5am-9am M-F and 5am-11am Sat/Sun. There is a separate Exercise Room that may be used for Yoga, Dancing, Training, or other work out routines.

The Harper Clubhouse
The Harper Clubhouse is the community center for the LVG HOA. Member Registration provides residents with access to the gym, pool, and other facilities to include Event Rentals at the Clubhouse Great Room.
