JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS


High school education preferred


 Customer Service experience

ABILITY

A.


1.
To understand, interpret, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures of
the Club.


2.
Provide information to and answer questions from the residents.


3. Ability to act as primary
facility representative in the absence of Club Management.

DUTIES (JOB SPECIFIC) – Between10-20 hours a week

A. Greet and check in all residents and guests at the
front desk


1. Process
and distribute facility passes.


2. Distribute
guest passes as needed.


3. Answer
the clubhouse telephone and distribute messages as needed.


4. Assist with registration of programs or
events.


B. Procedures

1.
Follow opening and closing procedures.


2.
Maintain various logs, schedules, records, manuals and books related to the
Club’s operation.


3. Follow procedures and assist
with maintenance of tracking system for the Club.


C. Miscellaneous

1. When idle, check with Club
management for tasks and duties not specifically stated.


SUPERVISION

Supervision and training will
be provided by the Club Management. PATRIOT PROPERTIES, INC.
