Dear Lansdowne Village Green Residents:

Let It Snow Let It Snow Let It Snow

Comcast representatives will be at the Clubhouse on January 24th  from 6pm - 8pm.  They will be answering questions, discussing the timing of the roll out, going over channel line up, pricing for additional services and much more. Please make sure you stop by.

SNOW REMOVAL:

Please note that HLS snow removal crews are not responsible for individual driveways. For condominium unit owner’s HLS snow removals crews will be clearing lead walkways to your sidewalk. For townhome owner’s HLS will be only be clearing sidewalks and townhome owners are responsible for clearing individual walkways.

LIGHT UP LANSDOWNE:

The HOA is asking that all residents take the initiative to Light Up Lansdowne! These lights are the responsibility of each homeowner and keeping them fully lighted is the fastest and easiest way to improve the security of our neighborhoods. If you have a CONDO unit, please contact communities@patriotpropertiesinc.com or felicia@patriotpropertiesinc.com and to inform us. For townhome unit residence, if you have a non-functioning light, please take the steps listed below to ensure that it is working.

First ~ Check the light bulbs. They are standard lamps available at Home Depot or Lowes. Second~ Check the GFIC (ground-fault interrupter circuit) switch which may have
tripped and needs to be re-set. It is possibly in your garage by the light
switches with two buttons.
Third~ The photo cell (makes the light go on at dark and off in the morning), either
located on the lamppost or the outside of the house, may need replacing. These
can be purchased at most hardware/home improvement stores.

Landscaping Maintenance:

HLS will continue trimming shrubs and bushes through the month of January. In addition, please do not forget! According to PR.5, Design Review Guidelines, flower planters shall be continuously maintained with live, healthy, and attractive appearing plants that are consistent with the aesthetic harmony of the community. Please remove any dead/dying/dormant plants out of street view.
