Post Cards/Brochures etc., at Front
Door:


If
brochures, post cards, etc., are left at your front door, please forward the
information to Kathryn Edwards at kathryn@patriotpropertiesinc.com
or drop if off at the Harper Clubhouse and the company will be contacted and
advised.


Solicitors on Foot:

No individual or organization has been granted (or ever
would be granted) a permit to solicit business on LVG private property. If he/she happens to say that
they are ‘licensed’ solicitors, they are still not permitted in the LVG
community.


Per Loudoun
County Sherriff’s Office:


“LVG is considered private property and the
following Loudoun County Ordinance (660.01) prohibits such soliciting activity
due to posted signage:


660.01 TRESPASS.

(b) Instigating
Trespass by Others; Preventing Service to Persons Not Forbidden to
Trespass. No person shall solicit, urge, encourage, exhort, instigate
or procure another to go upon or remain upon the land, building or premises of
another, or any part, portion or area thereof, knowing such other person to
have been forbidden, either orally or in writing, to do so by the owner,
lessee, custodian or other person lawfully in charge thereof, or knowing such
other person to have been forbidden to do so by a sign posted on such land, building orpremises or any part,
portion or area thereof at a place where such sign may be reasonably
seen. No person shall, on such land, building or premises, or on any part,
portion or area thereof, prevent or seek to prevent the owner, lessee,
custodian, person in charge or any of his or her employees from rendering
service to any person not forbidden to trespass.

Committee Volunteers Needed

There are
several active committee that provide guidance and direction to the Association
and the Board of Directors. Currently
the Covenants Committee is seeking a few individuals willing to help make LVG a
better place to live. Please contact

REMINDERS & HELPFUL INFORMATION


TRASH/RECYCLING CONTAINERS: PLEASE
ENSURE THAT THE TRASH AND RECYCLING CONTAINERS ARE OUT OF STREET VIEW ON
WEDNESDAY, SATURDAYS, AND SUNDAYS


According to the
Policy Resolution No. 8, Use of Lots and Common Areas, “No trash receptacles
may be stored in open view. Trash containers may be put out for pick-up no
earlier than the evening prior to the scheduled pick-up day and must be removed
the day of pick-up.”


TRASH: All residents shall store
and dispose of trash in appropriate receptacles and must have securely fitting
lids which shall be secured when the receptacle is put out for trash pick-up.



GRILLS/SMOKERS: The Loudoun
County Fire Marshall / Fire Code prohibits grills/smokers/etc. (unless
electric) to be used/stored on condominium balconies. Additionally, the storage
of propane tanks, even inside of garages, is also a FM/FC violation; with
regard to condominiums.

PET OWNERS: Please always
pick up after your pets. You are responsible for immediate removal and disposal
of all animal waste.



LITTER: Owners shall not
place litter or debris on any Common Areas. In addition, always ensure that
trash and recycling receptacles have a securely fitting lid or are secured
tightly, so trash or debris are not blown all over the community.

STORAGE OF UNAPPROVED ITEMS:Exterior storage containers of any type are prohibited. This would include hose
bibs, sprinklers, toys, grills, etc., if they are not being used.
