Lansdowne Village Greens E-blast: Special Meeting, Swimming Lessons, Summer Events, & More

What’s New in
LVG:

Lansdowne Village Greens Board of
Directors Special Meeting– Wednesday, June 25th @ 7pm

The Board of Directors would like to thank all those members
of the community who participated during the Annual Meeting and also voted in
favor of authorizing the Board to borrow an additional 15% above their existing
authorization threshold, for the purposing of “buying-out” OpenBand’s exclusive
easement to provide telecommunications services to the community.

As part of the loan process, the Association’s legal counsel
has requested the Board re-seek membership authorization, to ensure the
verbiage used on the proxy form will satisfy the bank’s requirements. The
new notice and proxy are attached to this email.

The Board seeks your assistance again, as we conduct a Special Meeting on Wednesday, July 25th to obtain membership
authorization to borrow up to $350,000 in order to buy-out OpenBand’s exclusive
easement rights.

A copy of the Special Meeting Notice, Proxy, and Agenda will also be found in www.lvghoa.org or follow the link below.
