WEDNESDAY, SATURDAYS, AND SUNDAYS.

According to the
Policy Resolution No. 8, Use of Lots and Common Areas, “No trash receptacles
may be stored in open view. Trash containers may be put out for pick-up no
earlier than the evening prior to the scheduled pick-up day and must be removed
the day of pick-up.”

Spring Cleaning the Exterior of Your Home:

Spring
(like weather) is finally here! Take
advantage of the moderate temperatures to get a head start on an annual spring
home maintenance routine. Please take this time to do the exterior inspection of
your home and make any necessary repairs or maintenance!

With the
recent wind storm that hit our area, it’s good to do a walk-around of your
property. Winter is tough on roofs and it can also take its toll on windows, walls, foundations, gutters and decks. Look for
warped, loose or splintered boards, on your deck, fence, or patio and do a good
sweep to remove any leaves and debris accumulated in the space between boards.
If the finish on your wood deck is
faded or worn, now is the time to clean, stain, and reseal it. If you have a
stone/concrete patio, a simple hose down provides be all the maintenance
required. Through time the front door, shutters, and trims and most of the exterior paint has weathered and
has seen better days. It may be a goodtime to give it a fresh coat of paint.

Please keep in mind any changes (i.e., color, material, size, etc.) to the exterior of the lot, does require a Design
Review Application to be filed with the Board of Directors. If you are a Condo owner, please let your Condo Association Manager know.
